We had 6 Chefs this year for the competition. The competition was stiff and the food was plentiful. The winner this year was Galley Chef John Valich who made Cherry Wood Smoked BBQ Spare Ribs. Other dishes were Marty Kidwell with her Meatball Soup, Bill Barrett cooking an Italian Meatloaf, Mike Hall made BBQ shrimp, Susan Hutchinson with a Crab Pasta Salad and ???? dishing up a Corn Chowder.
