Finally! We actually made it to Tampa by water. Did it rain... yep ... but it was over by the time we returned to the boats. We had to dry off the seats but that was about it. Only two boats joined the cruise, Mental Floss and Grin & Barrett. The Streetcar ride to Ybor was great. Several of us had dessert after dinner at the Marble Slab. The ride back to the ramp was under a full moon glistening across the waters of Tampa Bay.
